Dj Tib, oltre che dj è anche produttore. Ha raggiunto una certa notorietà a livello europeo attraverso un re-edit di un raro brano di Willie Wright intitolato “Right On For The Darkness“, il mix è stato pubblicato dalla prestigiosa “Jazzman Records” di Londra e stampato su 45 giri.

Un altro remix, è stato pubblicato da “Soulful Records” di Torino (Italia); il brano originale, “Soulburger” è stato suonato da un “dream team” di musicisti italiani, tra cui Paolo Parpaglione (Blue Beaters) e Cato (Africa Unite). Ha inoltre collaborato alla produzione dell’album di un’icona del panorama hip hop italiano, il veterano Dj Lugi.

Si esibisce periodicamente con le sue performance funky-soul principalmente tra Germania e Italia, attirando appassionati e non di funky, disco e soul. Attualmente residente a Berlino, si esibisce in vari dj set e sta lavorando a del nuovo materiale con artisti ed etichette indipendenti provenienti da tutta Europa. Con Audioplate Records, ha prodotto, nel 2008, il singolo “I’ll Be There” con il singer calabrese, ma attualmente residente a New York, Qalamity, ricevendo ottime recensioni e riscontri dal pubblico e dagli “addetti ai lavori”e stampato su 45 giri da “Soupy Records” (Italia).

Dj Tib is both Dj and producer. He reached exposure in Europe through the re- edit of a rare record by Willie Wright titled “Right On For The Darkness”. The mix was published by prestigious Jazzman Records of London and printed on 45rpm.

Another recent remix was published on Soulful Records (Turin, Italy). The A-side track Dj Tib remixed, “Soulburger”, is played by a ‘dream team’ of musicians, including Paolo Parpaglione (Blue Beaters), and Cato (Africa Unite). He was also part of Dj Lugi’s latest effort, producing several tracks and mixing most of the album.

He consistently spins records at parties, especially in Germany and Italy, attracting crowds of funky, disco and soul music audiences. Presently based in Berlin, he performs DJ sets, and is always working on new material with artists and independent labels from all over Europe. With Audioplate Records, he produced the single “I’ll be there” (2008) with New York-based Italian artist Qalamity, receiving great reviews from industry experts and magazines (Groove Magazine).
